What is the difference between these 2 motherboards.

From what i can tell one has an (a) and the other one doesn't. I was planning on getting the one without the (a) but it's $70 more.

Most likely a change in USB ports etc. Manufacturers often make small revisions to motherboards to eg add USB3.1 etc.

That time I saved Linus' WiFi pass from appearing on YouTube:

Just from those pages the first has 2 usb3.0s  that are 2.0s on the second board. The first also has potential on board graphics and a pci express slot

They're likely extremely similar boards. Notice that for the more expensive one there's only one seller. My assumption is that the A model is the revision, and that one company is trying to sell off their stock at a higher price.

The A means it has USB 3.1 and non-A only has USB 3.0. Get the Z170A S6 Siege, it fixes the flaws with the position of the SATA ports.

Ok. Thanks
