Best processor for 0f8096 mobo

I have an optiplex gx620 with dell 0f8096 motherboard 3 Gb ram , NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 2Gb ram version ,  and Intel Pentium D 950.

My question is : which one is the best processor for my mobo.

You're best checking on the dell site for your pc's model, they will likely list the processors it supports.

 

By the looks of that cpu though, Pentium D is about all you're going to get.
