Pc wont turn on

So my pc booted fine for 3 months and today it boots but gpu dosent turn on or it dosent give a signal the fans dont start they make a clicking noise amd when they do that they twitch. Fixed this by removing my hdd (1of2) and changing the dimm where my ram is from 1 to 2 or 2 to 1

Sapphire r9 380 

I5 4460

Crucial balistic sport 8gb

Cooler master 600w

Gigabyte ga h81m hd3

Hmm will chechk as soon as i get home from work . About 7 hours to go haha

Double check all your power connections. I've had weird things happen where the power to my PCI-E extensions managed to get unplugged causing my system to fail booting. Cables can be weird sometimes, it's easy to double check.

Sound like a dead or nearly dead mobo. Going to sound stupid, but were you sure to install the mobo standoffs?

it should i mean its plenty for this pc worked fine for 4 months

i did some screws went in a bit harder than others (harder to twist in)
