Okay so my brother and I are planning to upgrade our computers. We both have the exact same build. We simply want to remove our old MOBO and replace it with a newer better one. I just need to know the simplest way to do so without getting any conflicting errors at boot. We also do not want to have to do a fresh install of windows. Please help we would really appreciate it!

Rule of thumb is that if you change your motherboard, you need to reinstall Windows, with Windows 10, you'll need a new licence as well. You can try removing all the drivers before changing the motherboard, but that can be tricky and unreliable. Other than that, doing a motherboard is pretty straight forward

My rig:
CPU: i5 4690k 24/7 @4.4ghz (1.165v) Max 4.7ghz (1.325v) COOLER: NZXT Kraken X61 MOBO: Asus Z97-A   RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical   GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SSC   PSU: EVGA GS 650W   CASE: NZXT Phantom 530 HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB + WD Black 2TB

Well what If im not able to find my install disK?

You would need a new one. If I'm not mistaken, there are legal ways of downloading ISOs to burn your own installation disks.......but you still need a key/license to use them. If you have a working key/license from your current OS you might be able to reuse it when you install.

I've been able to change my motherboard twice without having to reinstall Windows 10 but your milage may vary. You will probably have better luck by just re-installing Windows. You can get  a cheap key off of /r/microsoftsoftwareswap.

You can download one directly from MS. You can make a bootable USB or actual disk (I'm saying that because I had a mobo which didn't support USB boot, so I had used an instalation disk after so many years.....)
