So hey guys just learned about something like negative air pressure and positive air pressure and things like that. So i want my airflow to go positive so just wanted to ask if i got it right i have 3 front intake fans and 1 rear exhaust fan and my case is the nzxt h440 and in the video of jayztwocentz where he is explaining about postive and negative air pressure he said there that the having a low rpm exhaust than intake can get you a positive air pressure too so instead of having my rear exhaust fan connected to the fan hub of my h440 i connected it to my mobo's fan channel so that it wouldn't run at full speed is this the right thing to do?

If you have 3 intakes then it doesn't matter if the rear one runs at full speed. I have 4 intake and 3 exhaust and its possitive

Oh i see. But is it alright that i  made it run at lower speed? would it make my temps higher and the airflow in the case worse?

Well it will pull less air on lower speeds if that's what your asking.

the one that is in lower speed is the exhaust. So would it blow out less air at lower speed? and would it be bad if that happens?

Yes the lower the speed the less air it moves at a time. The higher speed the more air or faster it will move air out of the case

It's kinda common knolageable. Put a fan on low and stand in front less air blows on you. Put it on high and more does.

Thats why on a cpu cooler if you use 1 fan on full speed it will cool the same as having 2 fans at half speed on the same heat skink.

It doesn't care if its at full speed because it will blow the air out of case thru vent holes which is good. You don't want to get air in the case by the vents

Oh i see so it's not bad that the rear exhaust would be slower the lack of air blowing out from the exhaust would be coped up by vents.
