That doesn't look like the real Windows BSOD...

No error codes and I've never seen a BSOD advise you to check for viruses.

If I had to guess I would say this is either someone's attempt to play a joke on you or some Malware trying to make you think you need to purchase an anti-malware product.

It looks like most of the message is cut off as well. Did you do that or does it look like that after the final sentence?

My advice would be to pop in your windows install CD/USB (make one if you have to) and system restore to an earlier date.

Agreed, looks fishy as hell. BSODs don't tell you about viruses, nor scroll the text like this appears to be doing.

Edit:

Well, I googled this for you because it got me thinking. It looks like it might be a genuine BSOD after all, google error code "0x0000007". Try running a check disk on your drive through the install disk.

You need to get internet access and download it from Microsoft(if you're using Win10).  Unfortunately if you're using a windows version prior to Windows 10, I don't think you can legally download one for free.

it's not fishy at all

to me it looks like a WinXP BSOD, might be wrong

what you could do: remove the disk with the OS on it and plug it on another PC, back-up any important data and rush chkdsk on that disk

an AV scan won't hurt, also

Problem is that this is the only pc i got for 2weeks now :/
