Only critique is pairing a locked CPU with a premium cooler and a Z170. It'll probably be in your best interest to just for the i5 6600K. Or go with a B150, H170 motherboard instead and use the stock cooler or a cheap $20-30 air cooler.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

thanks but is there anything I can substitute to reduce abit of costs without losing too much performance?

Yes and No, mostly just switching out hard rives you "can" get rid of the cooler because the stock will do just as well but I like that cooler and you will never have heating issues. I like everything in your build and it seems like a great choice.

I would save some money by going with a H170 motherboard instead of a Z170 because you have a locked processor.

You could do that but you will end up not being able to have "future" overclocking capability. By that I mean when you buy an i7 6700k or something you won't be able to overclock without a z170 board

Yeah I get what you are saying and I probably wont be upgrading anytime soon but is this (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015CQ8D46?keywords=H170&qid=1456754853&ref_=sr_1_2&refinements=p_n_feature_seven_browse-bin%3A10656895011%2Cp_36%3A1253505011&s=pc&sr=1-2) the type you were talking about? It's only like $5 cheaper

If it saves you enough money then go for it, if not try looking for  a cheaper one
