Alrighty so after alot of searching around and being pointed every which way I have found myself here. I built my PC back in highschool and its time for a few updates.

My current system is as follows:

CPU: Intel i7-2600 3.4GHz

GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 560

RAM: 2x4GB Corsiar Vengence

Power Supply: Corsiar TX750

I play games a bit (DOTA, COD, Minecraft, Age of Myth, Diablo, ect) and make videos every now and then. Price range from $200-$350 (AUS......). So would like to hear some feedback from more experienced and knowledgeable builders open to AMD or Nvidia so throw the pros and cons at me (please none of the bull about one is the best and the other is useless. I would like facts).

Thanks in advance.

Why the lenience towards AMD? Are they better for gaming? Cheaper then Nv

idia? Why? Sorry but just wanna get the full picture.

In this price point, amd offers better value over in Nvidia. In your case, you have the 960 from Nvidia and the 380 from amd. But amd 380 outperforms the 960 and offers a better performance to price ratio. So you would be better off choosing AMD here.
