GTX 950 and if you're considering buying used you could look for a 280X or something similar.

Assuming used:

HD 6990, HD 7870, HD 7950, HD 7970, R9 270X, R9 280, R9 280X, R9 290(if you're lucky), GTX 580, GTX 590, GTX 670, GTX 680, GTX 760, GTX 770, GTX 780/Ti(More in the 200 range).

New:

GTX 950, GTX 960, R9 370, R9 380, R9 270X, R9 280, R9 280X

I would recommend saving up because low budget gpu are always a bad choice. Maybe save another $100-$150 and you could get something so much better. If your planning on gaming then I hope you do realize you will only get about 20-30fps on current gen games with the highest of settting.
