which one should i buy dell inspiron-15-7559 OR MSI GE62 6QC

Hi folks, 

I would like to buy a new laptop to do my development work on it (web and software) I'm not a hardware geek at all. Therefore, I would like to have your expert opinion onto which one should I pick from the following two laptops?

 

Please Note that I would like to run Linux mint on the selected system.

Any input is much appreciated

 The Dell one, it has an ssd and a 4K touch screen

Everything points to the Dell being the better choice.
