Help me finalise my NAS project

So I am proud to present to you what I believe will be my future NAS :). So I am planning to use it as a backup for the data on our various devices as well as a media streamer (e.g my movie library). I will use FreeNAS as I really like the plugins that are available.

As a previous post has proven to me that it is always better to first ask the community before making a hasty purchase, I am asking here for help. I hope you can help me spot any error in this build, also feel free to comment if you believe it is overkill and/or you know a cheaper alternative that is already built ^.^.

My components:

Mobo: Asus P9D-MV Intel C222 154,23€

CPU: Intel Core I3 4170 142,18€

PSU:   350 Watt be Quiet!Pure Pure Power L8 Non-modular 44,87€

Case: Fractal Node 804 99,99€

Total: 600,71€

Edit Storage: 4TB Seagate NAS HDD ST4000VN000 64MB 142,18 €

a complete part number would be nice, to compare it to the mobo's supported RAM modules: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socket1150/P9D-M/Manual&AVL/P9D-M_Series_DIMM_Support_List_20160112.pdf

ps: you forgot to add storage, but not critical

this is the RAM, I will have a look at the supported RAM modules thank you :)
