I was doing this for a bit when i first built my computer, but then i switched to mechanical, and now i can never go back. Its so comfortable. Its hard to explain without actually feeling one, i never really knew what all the fuzz was about until i got to actually use one.

I would do it if I had the money. :P I am happy for now with my Razer and I feel I should get a better monitor first. I have an old Samsung that does not even support 1080p

So i jsut made a list for my first gaming rig build ever. I was hoping so some input on my stand point for my parts at the price i'm at. I have a $3k (before tax) limit and i think i might have nailed it pretty well. Lemme know how I did yeah??

If you change your mobo to the Rog maximus z170 board and go with the cheaper 960 you can get 2 with double the VRAM of the base 960 for the same price

- I like this one because it has balance throughout the build, although I do have to mention that i do not have hands on experience with the 2011-3 socket;

- This build that makes alot of sense to me and i think you can always upgrade with a similar (2nd hand) gpu later on (in SLI) as the psu is large enough for two gpu's. I would also get 3TB HD paired with a 512GB SSD or better in this build. Maybe 32GB memory of higher quality because memory is cheap anyway, but the difference is probably hardly noticeable for most users or benchmarks (but the price difference is also hardly noticable on this budget) . The monitor is absolutely gorgeous. Gaming on this rig is probably more enjoyable then weekdays sexytime!
