Logitech g933 problems

When I saw that Logitech was releasing the G933 I fell in love with them, I was int he market for a headset so I pulled the trigger. $200 not bad.... but now the headset is 2months old and I had a problem with them last night that I spent a while researching it. They just stopped working. wouldn't turn on/charge. I ended up fixing the issue but am kinda pissed that the headphone seem like they are already crapping out on me. Have any go you guys had issues like this with Logitech? I am thinking about maybe just getting a new pair just in spite of logitech. Maybe Astro A50's?

Is there a way for you to update the firmware on the headphones?

It has been a while since I had to deal with a USB headsets, so this might not be a possibility.

If there isn't, I would just RMA them with Logitech. Logitech usually has great customer support, so it's worth trying.

If you want a new headset, I wouldn't recommend the Astro A50s, unless you have a dire need for the console support.

Get a dedicated pair of headphones and a standalone mic instead.

You might wanna troubleshoot this with Logitech. Their customer service is ok.

For the headsets, I wouldn't recommend getting the A50 right away. You should try looking into audiophile headphones in the 100-200$ range + a modmic.

naw that can happen to many wireless headphones, didnt happen to me with mine, but u could try logitech support ( i think u dont need to worry about it)
