So the computer is a i5 3330 on a gigabyte ga b75m d3h, 600w corsair psu and a gt 630
It freezes more frequently on each subsequent reboot. At one point I got it to blue screen with a Whea error record. The chipset seems to get pretty hot to the touch but idk what Is considered normal for it.

another thing is when I use the internal graphics it seems to do a weird rgb flash while it freezes and shuts down
Im at a loss as to where the problem resides. I'm currently waiting to get paid to try a new motherboard so I'm hoping it's not the cpu. Any idea?

Can you monitor temps with something like hwmonitor while the pc is under load?

Don't worry about "hot to the touch" though, basically any heat generating component in a pc feels hot to the touch even at temperatures that would be considered very cold for a pc part.

What ram are you running, if its filling too quick sometimes it freezes to move to page file.

Make sure all bios settings are to the recommended ones, sometimes BLCK freezes the computer.

Are you running a mechanical or solid state drive?

Quote me if you want me to reply.

Brand Blacklist: Gainward, Silverstone, Cougar, Gigabyte.
