Hey.

Not sure if it'll have all the functionality you need, but you could try using software called BittorrentSync which syncs files between computers.

The requirements are that both computers must be online to transfer the files and you need to set up folders to be synced.

You can set up one-way or two-way syncs, there's a bunch of different settings but I haven't used it in a while so I'll let you explore it for yourself.

OwnCloud, BTSync, SyncThing, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, etc... will all work for you.

I don't know if QNAP has something specifically for this though (I know Synology has software called "Cloud Station" that I use on all of my devices that does what you're looking for).
