New PC won't post

Just put together my first PC, and the damn thing won't post. I checked all my cables, made sure the gpu and ram were seated, the headers are all in the right spots... The case fan spins and the power led lights up and that's it... The gpu and cpu fans are motionless... Please help!!!

my first build ^~^ cpu: core i5 6500

mobo: Asrock h110-itx

gpu: r9 380

8 gigs ddr4 

psu: corsair cx 500

case:thermaltake core v1
