Motherboard help

For my streaming/ gaming pc I'm planning on building, with 5820k cpu, r9 390, 16 gb RAM, 480 gb ssd, probably 212 evo cpu cooler, I want to make sure I'm getting a proper motherboard. I believe the asrock x99 extreme 3 ATX LGA2011-3 is compatible with my system, in my price range, and of course something I like to look at. My main question is will this motherboard bottleneck any of my components or will it allow, especially, my cpu and gpu to reach their full potential? I read a review about having enough lanes and stuff but I'm not tech savvy enough to understand that. Any input or help would be appreciated. Thanks!
