OBS is not working properly

Hey guys I need help with OBS ever since the new update they released my videos end up turning out without the full video. Its hard to explain but at a certain point in the video the footage stops at one frame and plays that frame for the rest of the video so the footage I recorded ends up not being shown. The audio is still there though which is very weird. Anyway guys if any of you can help me out it will be very appreciated.

Ive had serious problems with OBS lately also. (dropping 75% of frames while streaming.)

I assume you've tried reinstalling. If not, try installing the one on their website that comes with the CLR browser plugin. I know plugins usually shouldn't affect the actual program, however my OBS started working fine after I tried that.

Yes I have tried reinstalling with no luck. Also what does the CLR plugin do.
