Alright, i have an MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition, and I'm using 16gb's of Corsair Vengeance 1866mhz RAM, my cpu is an FX-6300 Black Edition and GTX 970 Turbo Edition by Asus, everything recognizes that I have 16gb's but windows locks 8gb's of that as System Reserved, making it unusable by games and other software, is their a way to disable this or fix this.

It's only reserved - not used, so technically, if another program needs that space, it will use it.

I can't say that it will work, but you can try one thing:

Open start menu, search for "msconfig" and open it.

Click on the "boot options" tab (should be the second one)

Click on Advanced Options

Unceck "Maximum memory" box

If it doesn't work, I'm out of options
