Yep, upgrading will get you Windows 10 Home. Also, I've seen people get W10 (from a W7/8/8.1 key) for ~$10-15 on /r/microsoftsoftwareswap (https://www.reddit.com/r/microsoftsoftwareswap/). Would recommend you take a bit of a look on that sub if you wanna save a bit :)

 

(Also, OEM versions are used to install on computers that are later sold in stores so it's not the "correct" version - if you wanted a kiss on the cheek from Microsoft you'd have to buy the "right" version (non-OEM) but that's another story and personally, I always bought OEMs since they're quite a bit cheaper and I doubt anyone from MS support or people in general really care so you should probably be off just fine.)
