Noctua fans if you can find them are considered to be best in class the only thing special about the LTT edition is the fact that they are black and orange while regular noctua fans are tan and brown (or dark grey for the rexux which are older models). After that other options include BeQuiet! SilentWings 2 as a popular choice in black that are also quite and have good performance. 

 

Are you looking for something in particular for your build? I have recommended what is best in class for cooling and silence. However if you are looking for something with LED lighting or a particular color scheme we would need to know to make a better recommendation.
