Help me choose a TV

So, i would like to buy a new TV in the living room. i have a voucher on a site so this is the only site i can choose to buy

My budget is : from 1900 RON to 2200 RON

 

I think i would like a 43" TV, i looked mainly at this : link

 

Can you help me decide which one to get ?

I think I found one (Link) but it is 99 le out of your budget but my friend has this TV and it  is great.

The smart interface works fine ? is not lagging ?

I'm not entirely sure for you but it seemed like it was lagging at some times when it had be on for 6+ hours doing gaming but not that much like under 1 second
