Setting up LAN CSGO for school?

Hello everyone,

 

So me and some friends are currently planning a csgo tournament with our school.

 

The school is able to unblock the internet during the tournament, we are a little confused on how we would get csgo on the school computers to work with lan beforehand. So is there a way of installing csgo without installing steam to work with lan or even a way for the school to have csgo on all the computers before the user has to login to steam?
