I van't start-up my pc and install OS... Anyone could help me?

try f2 or delete, and i believe f11 goes straight to boot options on msi. At least thats how mine works

also make sure your 24 pin connector and 8 pin or 4 whatever you have are plugged in completely. Take them out and reseat them

double check all the connections on your motherboard.
