Need help with build upgrades

Hello Everyone on LTT forums,

I am considering a new upgrade for my build,I am looking into getting dual GTX 770's in SLI,also wanting a new MOBO, specifically the MSI Z97 Gaming 5.

 

I currently have a 4790k @ 4.0 ghz and a R7 250, as well as a MSI H81M-E33 MOBO.

I was wondering if this is a possible upgrade, thanks for any feedback.

Stronger single card> 2 weaker cards in SLI.

MSI Z97 Gaming 5 is good, I know multiple people with that board and are quite happy with it.

 

What kind of power supply do you have?

What's your budget for upgrades?

I don't need a very high powered card plus there is a good deal on the graphics cards. 150 for both.

my budget is around 350 dollars. I also would like a new power supply.
