Hey Guys!

Well I am planning to build a new pc and I have de configuration already made, but I have some things to decide better. So this is my new configuration:

Asus Sabertooth Z87 Intel Z87 SK1150

Intel Core i7-4770 3.4GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) 8MB BOX

Corsair Vengeance 2x8192MB (16GB) DDR3 1600Mhz CAS9 1.5V

Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 64MB SATAIII (6GB/s) - EZEX

Samsung 840 SSD 2.5 SATA III 120GB

EVGA GeForce GTX770 SC w/ ACX Cooler 2GB DDR5 PCI-E

Samsung DVD±RW 24X Dual Layer Black Bulk Sata - SH-224BB

Corsair Gaming Series GS800 80PLUS Bronze - 2013 Edition

Nox Hummer

Samsung LED S22B150N Full HD 5ms

4 x Cooler Master SickleFlow 120MM Blue

OZONE GROUND LEVEL GAMING

OZONE XENON BLACK OPTICAL 3500DPI

1LIFE GKB:KEEN GAMING KEYBOARD PT

Nox Krom Krush Zero

Corsair Hydro H100i

One thing I have to decide, do you think that is better to give extra money and bui the GTX 780 or leave the GTX 770?

Get the i7 4770K, but if you are only gaming, the i5 4670K will be better. Also GS PSUs aren't really good, pick TX850M or HX850.  If you can, get the 780 instead, it's a true 2013 card with much more horsepower than a 770.

My rig: CPU: Intel core i5 4670K MoBo: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB 1600mhz CL9 GPU: EVGA GTX780 SC ACX SSD: ADATA Premier Pro SP900 256GBHDD: Western Digital RED 2TB PSU: FSP Aurum CM 750W Case: Cooler Master HAF XM OS: Windows 8 Pro

Seeing how you're not overclocking something that is lowered with give you the same preformance, that being said it would still be a reliable asus board but you could put that money elsewear in your system. Also the h100i is only needed if you are going to be overclocking.

I am think off change the CPU to a 4770K and if I want to overclock it in the future I can do it, and I have changed de GPU to the GTX780, that mobo is very good but can buy a cheaper one

What about the PSU? GS is crap.

The plans for this machine are gaming and very heavy video editing, photo editing, 3D works, some web site coding and the usual day tasks

What kind of content are you producing? Programs you are using? What peripherals do you already have? Budget? Where are you shopping?

You should be getting an IPS display for better colors. It looks like you're skimping out on the display--what's the point of getting such a powerful gpu if you have a mediocre display?

A 780 is overkill for anything over not over 1080p. A single 770/7970 already maxes out almost everything at 1080p.

You need to quote a post or tag a member or else they won't get a notification that you replied to them.

I am producing video games videos, using Sony Vegas, Photoshop CC, Cinema 4D. Right now I don't have any peripherals but there is one problem. I am from Portugal, so the prices are different

So where are you actually shopping and what's your actual budget?

What peripherals do you need?

Well my budget is between 2000€ and 2500€, the peripherals that I need are in the configuration that I mentioned before, and I like that way, but the display I don't know what to buy

Any specific place where you're shopping? A decent 1080 IPS panel from Asus, LG, or Dell would be a good choice.

I will probably buy at chiptec.net, they have a LG IPS at 1080 I think

Perihperals are subjective so I'll leave them up to you.

How's this look? From chiptec.

Crossfire ready.

Are you stuck on the case or are you open to alternatives?

Replace H100i fans with Sickleflows.

F14's in front, rear, and bottom of case. Remove the rest of the case fans.
