i'm planning to build a pc for 1300-1400.These are the parts that i have chosen,so are they ok? or should i change something?

Since you have a K-series unlocked CPU, you might want to go for a Z-series motherboard (Z170) since with those you can get overclocking.

Perhaps get an NZXT or Corsair liquid cooler?

well i will think about motherboard, but is this cooler bad? because it like fits into all red and white theme

Red black and white works pretty well. It's just that I have no idea about the brand, reliability and etc. so I would not personally go down that route.
