GTA5 FPS drop 1-2 seconds

I got a y50 with gtx 860m 4gb and i5 . GTA 5 works at good fps, over 60 on medium. I get random 1-2 seconds fps drop to 5-10 fps, the laptop doesen't heat up. Is is the laptop hardware, or the game?

 

I reinstalled drivers, updated them, changed game to high performance. all that, what's up with this? 

 

Give me another high requirements game that I can test to see if its my laptop or a problem with the game

It's the game, not your hardware. Were you in a specific location when the frames dropped; as some Los Santos areas require large amounts of CPU.

nah, I've set all to minimum, using 1000/4000. Its weird, I can get high FPS but then all the random drops

Anyone know a differnt high requirements I can test this y50 on? I wanna know if there are any heat problems or something so I'll return it if so
