What are you going to be using it for?

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

I have no clue what you mean by that.  I will assume you didnt accidentally put 2 of everything and say, the Hyper 212 EVO is a big mama of a cooler, so make sure your motherboard is even big enough for dual 212 Evos.  And don't buy the 960 in SLI that is just a waste of money.  Buy a 980 or 970.  Or maybe get like, a normal computer with one cpu.
