7.1/5.1 headset with good mic

i currrently own a g930 but i have manny issues and want to replace it with something better and wierd

Well, It's really hard to find a good headset with a good mic on it. The one's that has it are far to expensive to even consider them. What I recommend you is to get a good external mic. :D And that should solve the problem.

7.1 is gimmicky and unnecessary

good positional audio can be experienced with  a decent pair of open backed headphones.. then use a mod mice or external mic as suggested above

open back isn't a option and 5.1 is a good experience imo

loud house im guessing. but still better to get a decent sounding pair of headphones and use a mod mic or external mic

you can get software that makes virtuel 5.1 or 7.1 (that is what 95% of the 5.1 or 7.1 headsets has).
