GTA V crashing problem

Hey there guys! so I recentley bought GTA V and started playing it at high settings. Gameplay was beuitiful except for one thing, it started crashing alot. I have recently adjuusted the settings a bit so that i wont crash but my question is what might be wrong?http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DR2FRB heres my part list but im sure i meet the recomended.

I had problems like this too and it turned out to be the background programs running, for me it was msi afterburner. I stopped using it and I haven't had a crash since. Gta 5 is known for not playing well with some apps so i would try stopping background processes one by one until it either stops crashing or u have no more to close. Hardware wise, you shouldn't have any issues, your pc is more than powerful enough.
