Hello
I have a problem I hope you help
It is having an electric charge into the computer and affect the headset and mic and when I touch the computer or do I touch any usb slot disappear noise

Note:

  • the type of headset is corsair H1500
  • and this test from Audacity when recording to Measure noise before and after touch the case or any usb slot " image in attachment"

All indications that this is due to an issue with grounding or grouding potential differences.

 

First thing to check is that none of the internal components of your PC are shorting out on the inside of the case.

  • Remove both side panels
  • Ensure that there are no bare wires or electrical contacts touching any part of the case
  • Verify that your PSU is firmly attached and that it is plugged via a grounded (3 prong) cable into a grounded power strip
  • Ensure that the motherboard is seated in the IO plate, and that the IO plate is seated in the case

If none of that helps, you'll need to try your system plugged into a different circuit in the house - I recommend a kitchen or bathroom as those sockets are supposed to be grounded by law. Do you know when your current residence was built or last rennovated?
