R9 390 nitro with backplate waterblock

Is there any waterblock avaliable for R9 390 nitro with backplate?

I saw there are some universal from EKWB, but then I still need something to cool VRAM and other chips that are heating up.

 

Main reason for water cooling in my case is problem with fans. I received GPU with fans that are causing some weird noise. I created tread about that here: 

 

Any suggestions on water cooling my R9 390?
