WIFI Issues Please Help

Right so i am from the uk and we have two Notoriously bad providers (Sky + BT) and i live in an area where the wifi for Sky is Rated at 2mbps which is s*** Compared to my old virgin wifi. so i need a fix to this i have a Killer e 2400 (i think) and have the drivers fully up to date plus have even draged my rig to a few of my friends to check if its the pc or my wifi which it was i get around 32kbps and even less when downloading and playing games i cant even finish a hearthstone game without at least 3 disconects and watching netflix or any other streaming service is outa the quetion so my question to you guys can you provide me with a quick fix to this i have no money so anything that i can do for basicaly £0 or $0 that would be great

So is the problem over wifi or while plugged in via Ethernet?

Can you give us a screenshot of a speedtest?

That's quite a slow download speed you got there. Is you Wifi speed thats the problem or Ethernet speed?

i have replcaed the ethernet cable twice now and they seem to make no diffrence i have also tried every port on my wifi router
