Hello forum,

I have a Lenovo Ideapad Z500 with a i7 3632qm, a gt 645M and of course the Intel hd 4000. My problem is that I get the errorcode 43 in the Windows devicemanager (still after all the things I tried) after I reinstalled Windows and all the important drivers. Here is what I tried: Reinstalling the drivers with cleaning the rest. Deinstalling it with the devicemanger  (with and without included driver deinstallation) and rebooting. Installing Windows updates  (on win 7 and later on win 10) and that also combined with the methodes above. No change. I am sure the chip isn't dead and the powersupply isn't the problem either because both worked well before reinstalling windows. please help me

A device driver notified the operating system that the device failed.

This circumstance can occur if the device hardware fails or if the device driver fails.

It's likely dead, sorry.

I am sure it isn't dead because it worked for a random period of time with an other errorcode and there is still video when I deinstall the hd graphics but without drivers.
