[rant] rockstar support is so crap

Okay so backstory ive been playing gta v since it came out in 2013 originally on ps3 until about November last year when it died and then i bought it on steam combined platforms i probably have about  1500 hours (500 hours on PC 1000 on ps3 just a sort of guess since i cant look since it died) i recently had a major freezing error thing that im not sure whats going on so i contacted rockstar support 3 days ago now with no response what so ever even tried getting there attention on twitter also to no response.

 

In the past i when i have talked to rockstar supoort ive not been fussed with them taking forever coz its usually like "hey i didn't get the rebate on the house during the promotion" or something no urgent like that however i flagged this as a issue that made the game unplayable, which it does, so surly this should put to the top of the pile or at the very least ahead of all the people that flagged it as they can still play the game how the hell does it take 3 days to reply to it, i get that its the weekend but still thats the time when your going to have a peak player base and hence a peak amount of issues. 

 

Rockstar really need to get a grip on there support system and step it up coz its pretty shit

Tell me about it. I got banned from GTA Online because a hacker spawned money on me; it took them a week to reply and 2 months to actually lift the ban. I have a grand total of a couple of minutes online because of that.

I'm sure they don't work over the weekend.
You shouldn't expect to get an answer within 1 workday.

1 working day i was like meh 2 i was like this is starting to get annoying but 3 days with not even an acknowledgement i mean come on

if anything though im my eyes they should have more people on support friday-sunday and less in the week coz thats when people morepeople are gunna have problems and have time to fix there problems like if they reply to me tomorrow im not gunna have time to sort it out till 9pm if they had people working saturday sunday where ive had all weekend off i could have this fixed by now

They might, but that depends on location+who they pay.  The one they worked at does it all day, but has people for all day then they have graveyard shift ones.  Then you have the ones in some locations that only do Monday-Friday 9-5 ones.  As I said, it depends on the specific company they hire for it backed by your location.  I'm going to assume for your location they do a 9-5 workday one.

blizzard 10/10 cant say much for nintendo never ready owned anything since the gameboy colour

huh, i actually have the exact opposite to say. i messaged r* support about 3 days ago since GTA V kept crashing with the BEX64 error. i was getting 1 to 2 replies a day and yesterday it was resolved.

That's why I just play singleplayer with car mods!
