Missing data power?

My friends case only came with one data power built in.. But he has a CD ROM, HDD, and SSD. Am I missing something or is it here?

chances are that its a low quality psu, and should be swapped out either way

If it's an OEM or prebuilt case some don't give extra ones to save on costs but you can get a sata power splitter for all the devices he needs:
