Windows Crashes

For whatever reason my windows store crashes every time I try to open it, and I can't use any  of the windows apps which is super annoying. I ran the trouble shooter and it said I need to verify my profile (don't really know what that means) so any help is greatly appreciated. Oh, and I contacted Microsoft and they did the typical " ZOMG YOU HAVE A VIRUS BUY THIS EXPENSIVE ANTI VIRUS SYSTEM THAT WE ENDORSE"  speech so  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
