Would running one gtx 770 2g for my lcd monitor bring down my gtx 960 3gb i use on my 1080p monitor?

No. The 960 would still have 3GB and the 770 would have 2GB. You can't SLI those two so you'd also need a second monitor.

Nope. They would work independent of each other.

1 - you can't run those 2 cards togehter
2 - 3GB will be fine
3 - 3GB 960? wat?
4 - the 770 is more powerful than a 960

SLI will not work even with 2 monitors because they are different gpu.

Obviously. I just meant OP would need a second monitor to get any use out of the second GPU.
