If Microsoft released a dedicated XBOX LIVE Console (digital only) would it be a good idea?

Just put a huge hard drive in the Xbox One. Or, add a huge external drive (3.5" external bay + 3TB HDD.) You don't need to buy the disks for games. It's there for a reason, in case you need to use a disk. It's even useful for things like BluRay movies, DVD's, CD's ect. I don't think Microsoft would do that.
