I would suggest just re-installing Windows and selecting to wipe the drive before installing

 

Try booting from the Windows disc/flash drive again, if it wants you to re-install Windows, go ahead and do that (wipe the drive when you have the option during the installation), if it boots into Windows (boots normally) come back here

 

Go ahead and pull this thread up on a separate computer or laptop while you do this so you can update me.

Thanks :) I am just experiencing some problems with the pc so I'm trying every soloution I can ahaha
