Windows 10 Lock screen now with adverts?

Turns out its related to Microsoft Spotlight lock screen which changes the images. They decided to put adverts on there now too. Time to swap back to my own images!

Does anybody know how stretch the lock screen over two monitors?

Yes. It was showcase at BUILD 2015 event when they revealed the feature.

Someone has to pay the photographers. So you'll get app suggestions, and Windows feature suggestion, like Cortana (which uses Bing, and that brings revenue for Microsoft) every now and then.

 

 

Hence why it is called: spotlight
