IAM building a new 1200$ pc I well overclock my cpu and gpu soooo which one is better:

B1:

i7 4790k (oc)

Sapphire r9 390x (oc)

750w 80+gold psu

H60 cooler

16gb ram

B2:

i7 4790k (oc)

EVGA gtx 970(oc)

750w gold

h100i GTX

16gb ram

B3:

i7 4790k(oc)

MSI gtx 980(oc)

750w gold

212 evo

16gb ram

B4:

i7 5820k (oc)

sapphire r9 390 (oc)

750w psu 

h60-212 EVO

16gb ram

B5:????? Your recommendation.

i will use thes pc for gaming editing STREEMING AND DEVELOPMENT A GAME IN UNREAL/UNITY.

H100i GTX AIO

16Gb 2400Mhz Vengence LPX ram - Lowest latency!

750w Gold

GTX 980(or wait for the gtx 1000 series?)

 

Really if you want to overclock you want either a monster air cooler or a aio. Especially as the 5820k is not super fast out of the box.

And go green for your graphics card because life is simple when its the green. (Also green means go and red means stop. Illuminate? Green is GOOD)

Do you need anything that X99 has to offer, or are you going for gaming and maybe some lite rendering/editing?

What PSUs, don't go for a poor quality PSU.
