Internal HDD Capability Issue(PLZ Help!)

Hay, I need to know about Internal Hdd capability on my old PC. I have an old pc, config with core i3-2100 CPU, 4gb ram, Gigabyte ga-h61m-ww Mo-Bo, 2TB Toshiba sata3 HDD, windows 10pro 64 bit os. I also have an Asus Optical drive on sata port and i have 2 free sata port. My question is can i add another 3Tb internal HDD on this old boy? Pl z Reply Soon. My 2Tb HDD almost full and i don't want to delete my files.

Hey don't be so cocky. I know this might sound stupid but it's worth thinking about, if it is a pre-built pic than the psu might not be able to cope. I know they consume very little power but with a HD of that size I would be carful. Plz correct me if I'm wrong
