hyperx cloud vs siberia v2

As far as headsets go, HyperX Cloud (or Cloud Core) s the best thing for audio quality under $100 and the Sennheiser G4ME One is going to be the next best thing at $100+.

yup how is it?

The sound quality of the hyper x is better than the siberia v2, but then comes sound signature also into play. The hyper x and siberia v2 has different sound siganuters the siberia v2 should make a sound that is warmer than what the hyper x makes.

What do you need a sound card for?

if you don't have noise in your sound then a sound card would just be a waste of money.

The Clouds are dead to me.

The Superlux 681 EVOs sound better and cost less, giving you room for an actual mic that's not garbage (hint hint, the mic on the Clouds are garbage).

i have qpad QH-90s which are same as cloudx from what i read, haven't tried superlux but they don't sound half bad for a gaming headset. got a set of sennheisers(dont remember exactly which) for 37£ and they do sound better than these, not by much, but have no mic.

if you do have qpad ones for less get that over cloud as it's pretty much same. also i had no issues with the mic on them.
