Intel DX79SR BIOS Update

Hello I recently bought the Intel DX79SR motherboard to use with my new Intel Xeon E5-2670, but the system refuses to boot past the bios. To be clear I can get the board to post to the BIOS but it will not boot into an OS. It just stops and the LED Debugging light snows 00. I am annoyed because this is the second motherboard I have gotten that does not work. So I was going to try a BIOS update but all I could find in Intel's page was this https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20847. This is a bit annoying. Can someone please help me find this most up to date BIOS for this board. Thank you very much.
