Upscalling Games.

I want to upscale this game:

This game was the game of my Childhood. I used to own the CDROM but lost it. I have found a digital version of the files, I would like to upscale it to 1080P at the very least. I will give out the files if anyone is interested in helping.

Unless its abandon ware, sharing files would be piracy. And you would need to create something like HD mod. Otherwise you have pixels size of your hand.

It's basically AbandonWare, how would I make an HD mod? All the files appear to be in .blp
