The division has stopped working

I have no problem opening up and starting the Open beta, the only problem is that when I want to load up into the world, the loading screen gets to about 33% and the game stops responding and that's where we are now.

 

Specs (it's a laptop don't judge)

CPU: i5 6200U

GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520

RAM: 8 gigs

Storage: 1 TB Toshiba

 

it's an HP laptop 

I have the game on low settings and everything turned down to the lowest setting possible.

Also, I'm launching the game with Uplay.

 

If anyone knows why this happens and how I can fix this please let me know.

I wish it was as easy as that man, besides my parents would not understand why I need a desktop when I have a laptop
