Patching farcry 4

So when I open the game and get to the menu it shows this version 1.10.0

does that mean that no patches have been installed ? 

I no Ubisofts u play doesn't patch the game for you and I don't no if I need to download the patch from there web page or if it's already up to date because I have a lot of problems running the game 

please help

Pretty sure that's the patched game.

 

 

Uplay does patch the game for you. Not like ages ago where you had to download the update from their website.
