under 600 will be something like 60fps low-medium settings in most games if you dont find some awesome deals on used hardwere, sweet spot for fps/$ is about $950-$1100 just so you know

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler

I´d recommend possibly falling back to haswell, and getting this ssd instead: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/pny-internal-hard-drive-ssd7cs1311120rb

But still a solid build.
